Massage Therapist, Aromatherapist, Reflexologist
Level 3 Diploma in Complementary Therapies including Body Massage, Reflexology and Aromatherapy
What led you to become a massage therapist?
Coming from a clinical background I have always been interested in Holistic Therapies and the positive impact they have on mental and physical wellbeing. I started my journey in 2013 when i was receiving regular massage for the daily aches and pains of being a full time nurse and instantly felt an affinity and passion for its benefits. In 2014 I completed the Level 3 Diploma in Complementary Therapies at distinction level and now practice the following therapies
-Indian head massage
If you would like an Aromatherapy blend for your massage then then please select a Bespoke massage and write in the notes provided.
How would you describe your massage style?
My massage technique is holistic encompassing the individuals needs as a whole, using therapeutic touch to help rebalance and provide a supportive relaxing treatment whether it be muscle aches and pains or to unwind and destress the mind. The aim is to slow down the mind whilst increasing energy levels.
